Returns and refund policy

We are Australia's largest online retailer of hammocks, hanging chairs and stands.

For years we've sold high-quality and authentic products that have been hand-made and imported from countries like Brazil and Mexico.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also send a courier to pick up the product if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In this case, we need to see photographic proof sent to admin@siestahammocks.com.au that there is a defective issue with the product. Once we have proof, we will organise a pickup from one of our couriers at no cost to you. Once we have taken delivery of the goods again, you will be refunded in full.

 In the case of "change of mind" returns, or returns where we have delivered the product as it should be, the customer is required to organise re-delivery back to an address we nominate, and cover the postage expenses. Once we have taken delivery of the goods again, you will be refunded in full.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker than this. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
