Our website provides free shipping for metro areas however outside this we request a quote upon receiving an order. Freight is determined by a complex matrix of what the product is, the destination, and ultimately which carrier we will use to arrange the shipping. Essentially freight costs are driven by the cubic size and or weight, the destination, and the level of service demanded either by the customer or by the product itself (in the case of large, fragile, and heavy weighted items). 

If the item can not be delivered to the address but you still place the order with us, we will contact you through email with the extra shipping fee after the order is paid. You will need to pay an extra fee to get the order delivered. Those orders with no shipment service declined to pay for additional costs, will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification.
