HAMMOCK SIZE GUIDE
The hammock bed size refers to the hammock's midsection, where you will lounge and relax. It does not include the hammock's ends. Its width is the most significant difference in hammock bed sizes. The breadth of a hammock determines whether it can comfortably accommodate one person or an entire family. To fit your whole family, choose between a compact one-person hammock, a two-person hammock with a stand, or a large three-person hammock.
- Single Hammocks: Single hammocks may accommodate one average-sized adult and have a bed width of 39 to 50 inches. It's usually between 76 and 79 inches in length.
- Double Hammock Size: Double hammocks are large enough to hold two average-sized adults comfortably. The bed's width varies between 52 and 60 inches. The average length of a double hammock bed is 74 to 79 inches.
- Queen Size: Hammocks designed for two average-sized adults are known as matrimonial or queen-sized hammocks. Our Matrimonial hammock beds have a width of 69 inches and a length of 79 inches.
- Hammock Family Size: Hammocks in the proportions of a family or a king are enormous. They're made to hold two to three persons of average size. Our family hammock bed has a width of 79 inches and a length of 79 inches.
When choosing your hammock size, keep in mind the weight capacity. Don't exceed the weight capacity of your hammock for your own and your family's safety.
