To ensure your Teepee or Cacoon is safe and correctly installed, please follow these manufacturer guidelines:

Zippers: Must be located on the INSIDE. If your zippers are on the outside, the tent is inside out.
Hanging Point: Only hang from the heavy-duty external support strap. Do not hang the unit from the internal loop—that small strap is designed strictly for lightweight accessories like fairy lights or a torch.

What’s the difference between the Tripod Stand and the Brakit?
The Tripod Stand is portable (capacity 204 kg) and easy to move. The Brakit (capacity 205 kg) is a fixed hardware kit for creating a permanent installation using your own timber posts.

Do I need professional installation?
For fixed posts or ceiling mounts, we highly recommend a licensed installer. Portable tripod setups can usually be assembled easily by two adults.

Is the tent suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, but to prolong the life of the fabric, we recommend placing it under partial cover and bringing it inside during harsh weather or heavy rain.
