Installation Guide

Option A: Concrete / Brick
Uses the Expansion Bolts
- Mark: Hold the plate against the ceiling and mark the two hole locations.
- Drill: Drill holes to the depth of the expansion screw.
- Insert: Hammer the expansion screws into the holes.
- Mount: Align the plate, tighten the nuts until the bolt expands and locks firmly.
Option B: Wood Beam
Uses the Hexagon Head Wood Screws
- Locate: Find the center of a solid wooden beam or joist.
- Pre-Drill: Drill pilot holes (slightly smaller than the screw) to prevent wood splitting.
- Fasten: Align the plate and drive the hexagon head screws in using a wrench or socket driver.
- Connect: Clip the M12 Swivel and Carabiner to the hook.
