I was told that my hammock chair would be 3 days delivery but it arrived the next afternoon after placing my order! I was really impressed with siesta's customer service too as I had some questions. The product itself is great. I got the tree straps and hang it over a thick branch out the side of our house. I'd recommend a spring too as I've tried it with and without and with it is much better. What is included in the box?
Your new Mexican hammock chair includes the beautifully handwoven seat, the sturdy spreader timber, and the integrated hanging rope at the top. Please note: You will need to provide your own ceiling hook, tree strap, or freestanding frame to attach the chair to!
How do I hang it?
For the perfect swing and ground clearance, we recommend a minimum hanging distance of around 2.10 metres. Simply loop the top rope over a strong tree branch using a protective tree strap, attach it to a secure ceiling hook on your patio, or easily hook it onto one of our universal hammock chair stands.
