I ordered a hammock chair and hanging set just before Easter.
I wasn’t expecting delivery until after Easter but to my delight the chair came the day before Good Friday, unfortunately without the hanging kit. I sent a polite reminder and received an immediate reply and the kit within two business days, the following week. Can’t complain, nobodies perfect but fixing the error quickly certainly helps.
The size and color is perfect, its easy to put together. Seems sturdy. So comfortable. I love my hammock.
